Returns of individual textbooks will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of order. All returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee. The materials must be returned in original and like-new condition in order to be considered for a refund. You must contact our customer service department via phone, fax or email, to get return authorization. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the order. All associated shipping costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation of Schweser Institute Certificate Program will be accepted for 10 days after online access is granted. Cancellations will be subject to a $20 administrative fee. After the expiration of this 10 day period, no refunds will be granted.
